Hi, I’m Ryan Perry

I am passionate about therapy because I was a client first.

I deeply understand the experience of being a client and taking that vulnerable and courageous first step towards healing. My approach is rooted in deep and holistic support. I believe that healing and transformation occur when one is truly seen and understood. I utilize post-modern modalities and pay special attention to how culture and your unique intersections play a part in your healing.

I obtained my Master’s in Science from the University of Southern California. I have always been drawn to working with grief and medical trauma, which was solidified in my time working as a therapist for the Ronald McDonald House. It was there that I realized the lack of mental health care in place for both patients and caregivers alike. It was also in my work here that I became passionate about working with new parents, especially those who have medically complex children.

I also have experience working with individuals, couples, children, and families with issues like religious trauma, body image issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and perfectionism, and caregiver burnout. I feel incredibly honored to be able to do this work. I am told I bring a calm, humorous, and healing energy to my work.
